5. Digital Products and Website Themes
Meridian Web Studio may offer digital products, including website themes, templates, design resources, guides, and other downloadable materials.
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, purchasing a digital product grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for its intended purpose.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, intellectual property, source materials, or other proprietary rights.
Additional licensing terms may accompany individual products and will become part of these Terms when you purchase or use those products.
6. Digital Product Restrictions
